About The Role
We are looking for a Copywriter who can shape and scale how we communicate across the entire customer journey. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond writing - it connects messaging, storytelling, and performance into one growth-driven function.
You will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and impact from acquisition to retention. You will work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to align messaging with business and product goals.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with structure, and storytelling with measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Level of ownership over brand voice vs execution support
- Involvement in content strategy vs pure copy execution
- Write high-converting copy for landing pages, emails, campaigns, ads, and SEO content, adapting messaging strategically based on channel, audience intent, and stage in the customer journey
- Contribution to campaign ideation and messaging frameworks
- Collaboration depth with product, marketing, and design teams
- Responsibility for performance optimization (conversion, engagement, SEO)
- Involvement in full funnel messaging (acquisition → activation → retention)
- Autonomy in managing projects end-to-end
- Responsibility for maintaining tone of voice consistency across all channels
- Expectation to iterate copy based on performance data and insights
- 3–6+ years of experience in copywriting, ideally in SaaS or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to write high-conversion digital copy across multiple channels
- Must have experience in writing about Marketing and E-Mail marketing tools/products
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, campaign, and product-related work
- Native English speaker with strong tone, voice, and adaptability skills
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and content strategy
- Ability to simplify complex or technical topics clearly and accurately
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with SEO principles and performance marketing is a plus
- Experience in SaaS, email marketing, or similar industries is an advantage
