Employer Branding Certification

Our Client | Remote - USA - Hybrid - West Palm Beach/Palm Beach Gardens, Florida |

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join their team. You will be responsible for selling their innovative Employer Branding Certification program to businesses. Their product suite includes Employer Branding, Employer of Choice, Employer Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, and various certification programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and qualify prospects and leads.
  • Present and sell certification programs to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for the next 12 months ($1.45M).
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate sales and bring them to a decision.
  • Close the sale efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Use MEDICC and values based selling to be effective.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Experience in Employer Branding and HR related sales will be a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, close the sale, and accomplish many detail oriented tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to sell-in within a cycle of 20 to 60 days.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role will begin on a hybrid schedule. As performance milestones are met, the position transitions to fully remote. Our client has seen several recent hires find success working remotely from across the country.

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary: $80,000 – $85,000 | OTE: $155,000
  • Commission: 5% per sale
  • No hiring bonus for this position
