Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate Market study of existing and upcoming segments/ products
  • Explore and identify new segments/ products where AIS is not present, supported by techno-commercial feasibility study on a continuous basis
  • Conduct techno/commercial feasibility study as per defined timeline and share the report with recommendations on the project to the management
  • Initiate and conduct CFT meeting with management for the project approval
  • Coordinate feasibility study with Engg. and gather inputs to prepare commercial proposal
  • Prepare Techno-commercial offer as per defined norms and ensure submission post HOD approval
  • Ensure business win as per defined Target SOB and profitability
  • Ensure to share business win conditions with the Engg. Team at every stage of development- Ensure development as per defined timeline to facilitate targeted sales and increase customer satisfaction
  • Ensure Collection of dues/overdues as per agreed norms and budget
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving best performance on QCDDM parameters
  • Ensure monthly monitoring and reporting of actual and customer targets
  • Coordinate with Plant and other CFT members to deliver best results using PDCA approach and Target Vendor awards for market standing
  • Facilitate customer engagement by Ensuring quarterly Management operational review with key customers
  • Ensure regular visit to customer and be present at plants during customer visits along with quick circulation of visit reports
  • Ensure timely reporting and escalation of issues on weekly/monthly basis and conduct weekly/ monthly department and CFT meetings
  • Monitor Industry scenario and ensure regular release of updated Monthly/ Annual/ Mid term plans and provide Opportunity projections
  • Monitor customer's daily production and ensure regular and timely release of updated plans
  • Arrange and monitor customer & industry forecasts
  • Ensure forecasted sales target is achieved as per defined timeline
  • Co-ordinate with customer and support manufacturing team to achieve


Qualifications


  • B.tech or B.Tech + MBA, if (B.COM or BBA) then, MBA is must
  • 12-15 years' of relevant work experience
