Title: Brand Partnerships Coordinator

We’re hiring a Brand Partnerships Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our partnerships and affiliate efforts across athletes, creators, influencers, and brand-aligned talent. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role. You’ll help identify the right partners, manage outreach and gifting, coordinate campaigns, track performance, and support the growth of a partnerships program that drives brand relevance and community.

You’ll work closely with the Brand, Social, Creative, and Performance teams to support partnership moments that show up across organic social, paid media, events, and community channels. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our partner network warm and engaged, helping turn one-off collaborations into long-term brand relationships.

In this role, strong partnerships execution does not just mean sending product and hoping for a post. It means understanding brand fit, identifying the right opportunities, keeping communication tight, and helping shape collaborations that feel authentic to both the partner and the brand.

What you’ll own

  • Outreach to creators, athletes, influencers, and brand-aligned partners for seeding, affiliate, and campaign opportunities.
  • Day-to-day coordination of partner relationships, including communication, follow-ups, gifting, shipping, approvals, and status updates.
  • Management of partnership and affiliate trackers, making sure product sends, campaign deliverables, and contact details are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordination of inbound partnership requests and organization of opportunities by relevance, reach, and brand fit.

Bonus points for

  • Experience in apparel, lifestyle, wellness, beauty, or consumer brands with strong creator or community ecosystems.
  • Working knowledge of affiliate platforms, influencer tracking tools
  • Experience supporting campaign reporting, link/code tracking, and basic performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with usage rights, whitelisting, creator agreements, or talent coordination workflows.
  • A strong personal interest in culture, creators, athletes, fashion, or emerging brands.
  • Experience helping execute launches, events, or social-first brand moments with external partners.
