Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the end-to-end interview lifecycle, ensuring a world-class candidate experience through efficient scheduling and proactive communication.
- Drive recruitment operational excellence by managing offer generation, internal approval workflows, and administrative documentation.
- Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency across all open requisitions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines across various departments and global locations.
- Generate and analyze hiring reports for senior leadership, providing data-driven insights into funnel health and time-to-hire metrics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our hiring processes, identifying opportunities to automate tasks and reduce friction.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hawk, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our mission-driven culture and commitment to excellence.
- Currently enrolled in a University program focused on Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment without compromising on detail.
- Technical proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or Teamtailor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruitment data into clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal leadership.
- A self-starter mindset with a high degree of ownership and a passion for people operations.
