Paid Search Coordinator (Junior Level)

As a Paid Search Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll work closely with senior team members to help drive campaign performance and gain hands-on experience in digital media. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in paid search.


Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Ads platforms (certifications are a plus but not required)
  • 0–2 years of experience or internship exposure in paid search or digital marketing
  • Support keyword research, ad copy development, and campaign setup
  • Assist with daily campaign monitoring, optimizations, and performance tracking
  • Help analyze campaign data and contribute to reporting insights
  • Familiarity with tagging and tracking (GTM or pixels) is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and platforms
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing learning and development
  • Complete daily timesheets and assist with basic billing or administrative tasks as needed
