Venture Builder — SFF Studio (Summer 2026)

We're hiring the inaugural cohort at SFF Studio - a venture studio that hires builders, pays them to create real companies from scratch, and backs the best ones as co-founders. Maximum 10 people, June 22 through the end of September 2026, in Zurich.

This is for people who've always been the most driven person in the room, but haven't had the right conditions to start something of their own yet.

A venture studio, not a course

We're not a course, an incubator, or an accelerator. You join our team, work on studio ventures, and the strongest projects can spin out into independent companies with you as co-founder.

You'll be mentored by YC founders - entrepreneurs who've built, scaled, and exited - and use AI tooling to ship products in weeks rather than months.

What the 3 months look like

Founder Bootcamp. Two weeks of intensive training: lean startup methods, sales fundamentals, product thinking, AI tooling for builders, and your first micro-product shipped in 48 hours.

Build & Validate. Hands-on venture building with daily standups, weekly 1:1s with experienced founders, and bi-weekly workshops with external operators.

Ship & Monetize. AI-driven GTM sprints, first paying customers, monthly demo days, final assessment.

October onwards. If your venture has traction, transition full-time with continued access to the studio's resources, network, and mentorship.

Who we want

· You're exceptional at what you do, but haven't had the opportunity, network, or capital to build your own thing.

· Bias for action - side projects, campus initiatives, freelance work; you've shipped things before and you'll do it again.

· Hungry to learn - coachable and eager to learn from founders who've been through the trenches.

· Clear communicator - you can explain complex ideas simply and rally people around a vision.

· Founder mindset - you think in problems and markets.

· We value non-traditional paths. What matters is what you've done, not where you went to school.

Where you'll fit

The cohort is intentionally small - up to 10 builders, supported by multiple mentors and advisors. You'll join one of three squads:

· GTM - BD, sales, partnerships, growth loops

· Product/Tech - product, AI-native building, no-code/low-code, UX

· Operations - execution cadence, reporting, documentation
