Experience
Required Experience: 7–12 years of experience in healthcare, health plans, digital health, employer health services, or healthcare consulting. 3–5 years managing enterprise or mid-market B2B clients. Experience translating healthcare analytics into actionable insights. Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Experience: Experience with employer health programs, health plans, value-based care models, population health management and healthcare analytics. Experience working with employer groups, brokers, or health systems.

Relationship Leadership: Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders.
