ADAS Safe is a mobile automotive services company specializing in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations for post-collision vehicles in accordance with OEM standards. We partner with collision centers nationwide and deploy mobile units into new markets through a highly operational, field-driven model.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at ADAS Safe, you will lead B2B market development from initial scouting through operational launch. This role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, securing accounts, supporting field launch execution, and helping establish stable, scalable markets.


You will serve as the commercial lead during market launches, working closely with technicians, regional managers, and sales leadership to support successful market entry and long-term client adoption.


Responsibilities

  • Scout and qualify new market opportunities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-volume accounts
  • Generate new business and establish strong client relationships
  • Be present in the field during market launches to align clients and operations
  • Lead client onboarding and establish billing workflow processes
  • Monitor market health, flag risks proactively, and support issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline reporting


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to generate new business
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and independent territory management
  • Strong CRM discipline and forecasting capabilities
  • Strong business development, relationship management, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-moving environments
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
  • Automotive, collision repair, mobility, or field service experience is a strong plus


Compensation

  • $65,000-$80,000 base salary + uncapped commission structure (OTE up to $130,000+)
