Our client is a boutique financial advisory firm. They seek an Executive Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.


Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and scheduling priorities
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents
  • Process Partner expense reports and reimbursements
  • Support special projects and ad hoc administrative initiatives


Requirements

  • 3-4 years of administrative experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
