Engineering Manager

Our client is an innovative, rapidly growing company in the field of sustainable lithium extraction and renewable energies. With their lithium plant, they make a crucial contribution to the decarbonization of European industry and to securing a sustainable lithium supply in Europe.

They are looking for a full-time (40 hours) Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Karlsruhe

Work model: Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office

Languages: German (fluent), English (fluent)

5+ years of experience of engineering in Chemical, Oil, Gaz, Pharma industries

Main responsibilities

• You are responsible for planning, design review, risk analysis and decision-making within the project.
• You are the contact person for planning, management and control of technical implementation in cooperation with internal employees, EPC/EPCM partners, consultants and suppliers.
• You represent engineering in internal and external meetings and are active in stakeholder management.
• You contribute your specialist expertise to the project.
• You actively lead a team.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• You have a complete degree in engineering (Bachelor/Master/Dipl.Ing.).
• You bring several years of professional experience from the fields of industry, energy, process engineering or related areas.
• You are a team player and have strong communication skills.
• You have a structured way of thinking and working.
