The Role

We're seeking an experienced IONM Technologist to join our growing Eugene team. You'll work primarily spine and neuro cases with consistent surgeon assignments, giving you the continuity to build strong relationships with surgical teams rather than constantly rotating between unfamiliar facilities. As our team expands, there will be meaningful opportunities to grow beyond the OR.

Qualifications

• CNIM certification preferred; CNIM-eligible candidates considered

• Experience with spine neuromonitoring required

• Cranial monitoring experience preferred

• Strong communication skills with surgeons and OR staff

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
