Backend Tech Lead

What you’ll do:

• Carry out analysis, design, development, and delivery of our sports products.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Set high coding standards and ensure best practices are followed across the backend team.
• Lead the design, architecture, and scaling up of the group solution
• Be a tech mentor for developers in the group

Requirements:

What you’ll need:

• B.Sc in Computer Science.
• 5 years experience in hands-on development (or 4 years with one year as Tech Lead).
• Proficiency in OOP.
• Strong experience / deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative spirit and a mentor mindset.
• Strong logical reasoning and the ability to thrive under shifting priorities.
• Experience with AI use and implementation in the day-to-day work.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in C# .NET.
• Knowledge in Azure cloud services.
• Experience in SQL and/or MongoDB.
