Corporate Strategy Manager

We are partnering with a leading global technology manufacturing company with strong international operations across North America, Europe and Asia.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced strategy professional to operate at the corporate center, working shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership to shape enterprise direction and drive execution.

What You'll Own

• Shape Corporate Direction Partner with the C-suite to architect and advance the annual strategic planning cycle. Translate long-term vision into actionable priorities and ensure strategic coherence across business units and geographies.

• Drive Enterprise Transformation Lead and coordinate high-impact transformation programs across functions. Introduce and strengthen goal-setting and execution frameworks that raise organizational performance — not just track it.

• Enable Executive Alignment Serve as a connective tissue across global and cross-functional leadership. Prepare board-ready analysis, executive narratives, and management communications that drive clarity and momentum.

• Lead Strategic Initiatives Take ownership of special projects emerging from business priorities and management direction. Bring analytical rigor — quantitative and qualitative — to decisions that matter, and surface operational improvement opportunities through structured insight.

Who You Are

• MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution
• 8–12 years of experience spanning strategy, transformation, consulting, or PMO functions
• Alumni of a top-tier strategy firm — McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Strategy&, LEK, or equivalent Big 4 strategy/transformation practice
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex, multinational environments
• A trusted partner to senior stakeholders; equally strong in structured thinking and interpersonal influence
