Job Title Short-Form Video Creator (TikTok + Reels) — Paid Per Deliverable Location Remote Time Zone US (EST–PST) Role Overview We’re hiring a short-form video creator to produce engaging TikTok videos and Instagram Reels for a US brand. You’ll bring ideas to life through fast, native-feeling content that drives attention and action. This role is paid per completed video (contract). Key Responsibilities - Produce short-form videos from brief to final edit (shoot, edit, deliver) - Create platform-native content: trends, POVs, demos, testimonials, “day-in-the-life,” etc. - Maintain consistent quality across lighting, sound, framing, and pacing - Incorporate brand talking points, product features, and messaging accurately - Deliver content in batches and meet agreed turnaround times - Participate in quick check-ins and implement feedback efficiently Required Qualifications - Strong portfolio of TikTok/IG Reels content (personal, UGC, or brand work) - Comfortable filming yourself and/or hands-only product-style content - Reliable editing ability for vertical video (9:16), captions, and sound selection - Organized workflow and ability to manage multiple deliverables - Non-negotiable: prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar).
