Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Administrator based in Vero Beach/Hutchinson Island FL. The Real Estate Administrator will handle daily administrative tasks, oversee shop operations and provide exceptional support to clients and team members. This role involves interfacing with customers, communicating with leadership team and executing timely real estate processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in Digital marketing with a solid understanding of real estate platforms.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizing schedules, managing records, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google and adaptability to learn new real estate technology tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus.
