Our platform combines intelligent matching systems, workflow automation, and performance-driven tooling to create a seamless experience for both talent and internal operations teams.

The product includes contributor-facing experiences, internal management tooling, and scalable systems that support onboarding, payments, contracts, and operational workflows. We focus on building intuitive, high-quality software that helps users engage deeply and perform at their best.

We’re hiring for two full-stack engineering roles: Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Junior Full-Stack Engineer. Both roles contribute across a modern Django + React stack, building end-to-end product features and internal tools. The Senior role drives architectural decisions and mentors teammates, while the Junior role focuses on shipping features quickly alongside experienced engineers and growing into ownership over time.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

$140K – $200K + Equity

Your Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll own product features end-to-end across both customer-facing and internal operational platforms. You’ll help shape technical direction across the stack, maintain a high bar for engineering quality, and mentor junior engineers as the platform scales.

This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll balance rapid product development with long-term system design and infrastructure improvements.

What You’ll Work On

1. Build and maintain end-to-end product features across marketplace and operations platforms
2. Develop backend services using Django, including views, serializers, migrations, and APIs
3. Build and maintain React frontends that integrate seamlessly with backend systems
4. Lead pull request reviews with a focus on code quality, testing, performance, and security
5. Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
6. Design scalable systems that support onboarding workflows, payments, contracts, and operational tooling
7. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices across the team

What We’re Looking For

1. 4+ years of experience with a backend web framework (Django preferred; FastAPI, Rails, or similar also welcome)
2. Strong React experience and ability to ship full-stack features independently
3. Solid understanding of Django best practices, including class-based views, DRF serializers, migrations, and transactions
4. Deep PostgreSQL knowledge, including query optimization and indexing strategies
5. Strong testing discipline (pytest, vitest, or similar frameworks)
6. Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and deployment workflows
7. Strong communication and code review skills with attention to maintainability and scalability
8. Track record of leading projects end-to-end and making thoughtful architectural decisions
