Role And Key Responsibilities
This role is based in Stockholm and plays a central part in shaping the strategy, direction, and performance of Enea’s Core Network Applications portfolio. As Product Management Director, you will translate customer needs, market insight, and business priorities into clear product plans, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial and technical outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define the product strategy for the Core Network Applications portfolio, using customer insight, market analysis, and business objectives to set clear direction.
- Define and prioritise product requirements, ensuring customer needs and commercial priorities are translated into actionable plans.
- Own the product roadmap and backlog, maintaining alignment across strategy, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver releases on time and within scope.
- Monitor technical performance, financial performance, and customer feedback, using these insights to guide product improvements and iteration.
- Represent the customer perspective in decision-making, ensuring solutions address key market needs and deliver clear value.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, identifying new opportunities and balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Relevant third-level qualification in business, engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, or a similar role, within B2B technology markets, ideally in telecoms.
- Strong experience working with telecom and enterprise customers, and with sales teams, to understand complex technical and commercial requirements.
- Proven ability to translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong technical background in networking, including technologies and the wider ecosystem.
- Experience working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to support product delivery and go-to-market activity.
- Additional training or certification in product management or agile methodologies would be an advantage.
- Additional training or certification in product management or agile methodologies.
- Experience in telecoms or other complex B2B technology markets.
- Strong knowledge of Core Network Applications, including 3GPP, cloud native technologies, and artificial intelligence.
