Senior Software Engineer needed to support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions in a cloud-first engineering environment. This role is focused on hands-on end-to-end engineering across .NET, Azure, DevOps, and Azure AI Services, while partnering closely with lead engineers, product owners, QA, and other team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack cloud-native applications using .NET and Azure
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to deliver integrated business solutions
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Automate infrastructure using Bicep, ARM templates, and Terraform
  • Integrate Azure AI Services into enterprise applications for intelligent features and automation
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and performance tuning
  • Maintain reliability, security, and compliance across Azure-based solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues across the Azure environment and support ongoing improvements


Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • At least 2 years of experience with Azure cloud-native or distributed systems development
  • Strong .NET experience including C# and ASP.NET Core
  • Experience with core Azure platform services
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Ability to integrate Azure AI Services through REST APIs or SDKs
  • Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and API-first development
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments


Nice to Haves:

  • Python experience
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • BPM exposure including Pega, Camunda, or Appian
  • Front-end experience with Angular or React
  • SQL experience
  • Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Azure certifications
  • Knowledge of Azure security, compliance, and cost optimization
  • Experience in Property & Casualty insurance or other regulated industries
