Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder in Storrs Mansfield, CT, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the vision and direction of CoolingTent. Responsibilities include spearheading strategic initiatives, developing partnerships, driving sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, and ensuring the company's mission is reflected in all operations. You will collaborate closely with other team members to secure funding, optimize operations, and build a sustainable business model.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking
• Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision, collaborate effectively, and inspire stakeholders
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, including creating strategies, outreach efforts, and brand management
• Proficiency in conducting Research, analyzing trends, and identifying business opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and climate action
• Experience in leadership roles or co-founding start-ups is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
