About The Role
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Cabinet Installer / Laborer to join our team. This role involves assembling, installing, and finishing cabinetry in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble cabinets, drawers, and hardware according to specifications
- Install cabinets securely and accurately (kitchen, bathroom, office, etc.)
- Measure and align installations to ensure proper fit and finish
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site
- Work with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Troubleshoot minor installation issues on-site
- Prior experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or general construction preferred
- Ability to read basic measurements and layouts
- Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
