About the Role

This is a high-impact accounting role supporting 20–25 active construction projects alongside an experienced Controller and collaborative accounting team. Responsibilities

• General ledger management and reconciliations
• Job costing and WIP schedule management
• Month-end close and financial reporting
• Bank reconciliations
• AIA billing support
• Helping improve processes and keep financials organized and up to date

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of accounting experience
• Construction accounting experience required

Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation: $76,000 - $80,000/yr
• Built-in overtime paid at time-and-a-half
• Annual bonus typically around 2 weeks’ pay
