In the role of Influencer Marketing & PR Specialist you’ll own and grow KÄLLA’s external brand presence through creators, press, sponsorships, events and ambassadors. You’ll join a tight-knit, highly skilled team in our Stockholm office and play a central role in building trust, credibility and demand for the brand.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing & PR Specialist to own and scale our influencer, PR, ambassador, event and sponsorship strategy.
These channels are critical growth drivers at KÄLLA. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance and community, with clear ownership of strategy, execution and budget.
You’ll identify new angles, write strong briefs, and develop smarter ways of working with creators and partners to drive trust, engagement and sales.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility: you’ll set the direction, build the relationships, manage the budget, and ensure these channels deliver measurable growth.
What You Will Do
1.Strategic Ownership, Influencers & Ambassador Partnerships
- Channel & Budget Ownership: Own the influencer, PR, partnerships and events strategy, with responsibility for budget allocation and ROI.
- Creator & Ambassador Strategy: Identify and work with creators and micro-accounts that deliver strong, authentic content. Build and manage KÄLLA’s ambassador program with clear structure and incentives.
- Briefs & Angles: Create clear, insight-led briefs and develop storytelling angles that build trust and drive conversion.
- Launch Support: Ensure creators, press and partners support product launches in a cohesive, commercially effective way.
- Performance & Content Value: Own KPIs across engagement and sales contribution. Ensure content is reused effectively across organic, paid, email and PDPs.
2. PR & Earned Media
- PR Strategy: Own PR with a focus on authority, relevance and demand creation.
- Press Relationships: Build long-term relationships with editors, journalists and industry voices. Launch Amplification: Support key moments with earned media and credible third-party validation.
3. Communities & Events
- Community Activation: Build partnerships with existing communities (e.g. facebook groups, apps, run clubs etc) that feel meaningful to the KÄLLA customer and create real engagement.
- Events: Plan and execute events (launches, panels, community gatherings, retail activations) that drive both brand affinity and conversion.
- Measurement: Track impact across content output, reach, engagement, press value and post-activation sales.
4. Creator & Content Support (TikTok-first)
- Content Production Support: Support the Creative Manager with the production of social-first content, with a primary focus on TikTok.
- Shooting & Editing: Contribute to shooting, basic editing and content capture across creators, ambassadors, events and partnerships.
- Brand Face & On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable appearing as a brand face on social media when needed, contributing to authentic, trust-building content.
- Trend Awareness & Initiation: Stay closely attuned to social trends and proactively initiate content ideas and formats based on emerging trends and performance insights.
Who You Are
- Passionate about women’s health, wellness and supplements.
- A commercially minded relationship builder with 2–5 years’ experience across influencer marketing, PR, partnerships or community-led growth.
- Comfortable owning budgets, briefs and performance outcomes.
- Abreast of social media trends (youtube, tiktok, instagram)
- Strong at spotting new angles and formats that build trust and cut through the noise.
- Experienced in working with creators, media, partners.
- Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple initiatives at once.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
