The specialist with passion
Who are you?
You probably have a couple of years’ of experience from a background as a consultant within ERP, business intelligence, performance management, or finance reporting. You’re an inquisitive problem solver who has a passion for working with customers and delivering well thought out technical solutions. At the same time, you are curious, like to take initiative and want to be part of an entrepreneurial team. At Planacy, you’ll have great opportunities to develop both your technical knowledge and knowledge within performance management, while your curiosity and interest in problem solving are given plenty of scope.
About The Role
At Planacy, you’ll work with a leading product. You’ll be the specialist who, together with your team, helps our customers to design optimal budgeting and forecasting processes, and who helps them to obtain as much value as possible from the platform. The role is very social and your technical interests will play an important part. As part of our Customer Team, you’ll have a significant role as the technical specialist who ensures that what we deliver is of the highest quality with a great customer satisfaction. With the insights you gather, and in close dialogue with our product development team, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence the development of the product going forward.
As part of the team, it’s mainly your passion, self-leadership and motivation that influence your development. You’ll gradually gain in-depth knowledge of our platform and data-driven financial management. You’ll also have great opportunities to grow alongside the company on its exciting growth-journey.
You're
- A problem solver
- A team player with good self-leadership skills
- Probably a background as a techy consultant
- Structured and thorough with a business mindset
- Communicative and educational
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience of client-oriented roles
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Swedish
