Due to continued company growth, they are seeking a German-speaking Client Service Manager to join their high-performing European Client Services team. This role will focus on managing and developing relationships with institutional clients across German-speaking markets, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Manager - German-Speaking:
- Managing a small team of client service professionals
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of institutional clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Deliver end-to-end client servicing, including onboarding, reporting, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries effectively
- Support client meetings, reviews, and strategic account planning
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and align solutions accordingly
The Client Services Manager - German-Speaking will meet the following requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in client service or relationship management within asset management is essential
- Knowledge of investment products (e.g. funds, ETFs, institutional mandates)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
