Who You Are
Global Supply Chain, Program Management - Subcontract Manager
What You Will Be Doing
The Global Supply Chain Management, Manager role within the Integrated Systems and Partnerships (IS&P) organization. IS&P is responsible for procurements from the major suppliers and complex systems for all programs and lifecycles at LM Aero. Direct the organization’s day-to-day operations and responsible for integrating supply chain initiatives. Ensure sourcing strategies, release plans and commodity strategies support production and sustainment for all programs. Assure adequate capabilities and capacity in supply chain. Develop, train, and promote workforce vitality. Manage procurement groups for request for proposal activity, negotiations, awards, post subcontract award - supplier performance for assigned components and commodities. Manage procurement group to meet program targets/estimates at completion, small business goals, etc. Manage and influence critical path releases of statements of work and plans to align with required schedules and supplier lead times.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access; you must be a US Citizen and possess an Active US Government Secret Security Clearance to be considered.

- Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple overlapping projects, simultaneously
- Negotiations experience, in a Truth in Negotiations (TINA) environment - Procurement experience to include major sub systems, and mission systems, per both FAR 15 and FAR 12
- Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring new and emerging talent
- Experience with SAP
- Experience leading cross functional initiatives
- Experience addressing & resolving complex matters/solutions with Senior Leadership, customers & suppliers
