Field Sales Specialist – Loncaro Authentic Long Drink (Cleveland & Cincinnati)
We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Field Sales Specialist (1–3 years of experience) to help build and expand Loncaro Finnish Long Drink across key markets in Ohio.
Loncaro Authentic Long Drink is a premium, gin-based RTD made with all-natural ingredients, built to deliver a better-tasting long drink and redefine the category—while supporting NextStep.org, a nonprofit advancing recovery for paralysis.

Role Overview:
This is a field-based, execution-driven role focused on supporting distribution, visibility, and sales across both on-premise and off-premise accounts. This role reports directly to the National Sales Director, offering high visibility and direct exposure to leadership.
- 4 days per week in market
- 1 day focused on planning, follow-ups, and reporting
- Support and grow a defined list of priority accounts, while helping identify and open new opportunities
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends based on business needs (tastings, events, and key activations)
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):
- Be out in the market visiting accounts (grocery, c-store, bars/restaurants)
- Set up displays, place POS, and ensure strong shelf and cold box presence
- Execute tastings, demos, and local events to drive trial and awareness
- Build relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
- Support new placements and help drive reorders
- Work alongside distributor reps to improve in-store execution
- Identify opportunities to grow the brand within your territory
What You’ll Learn:
- How products win in-store: placement, pricing, and promotion
- Category management fundamentals, including exposure to IRI/Nielsen data
- Account management and territory planning
- How to build a brand from the ground up in a competitive category
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- New account openings
- Growth within your account base
- Execution of tastings, demos, and events
- Improved brand visibility (displays, cold box, POS placement)
- Distribution and in-market execution gains
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (CPG or beverage alcohol a plus)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work some evenings and/or weekends for events and activations
- Interest in building a career in beverage alcohol or CPG
