Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and contribute to our early childhood program. The ideal candidate will create a flexible academic program and a classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth. This role requires fostering awareness of gospel values and exemplifying Christian faith in the school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a flexible academic program tailored to early childhood learners.
• Establish a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth.
• Foster awareness of gospel values and promote a Christian faith community through example.
• Build effective rapport with pupils to motivate development of skills, attitudes, and knowledge.
• Provide a strong foundation for continued Christian and academic growth.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, administrators, and staff members.

• Experience and training in early childhood education.
• Possession of or willingness to complete the required Diocesan Religion Certification.
• Completion of a background check and Virtus training prior to working with children.
• Strong commitment to fostering a Christian faith-based learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
