We’re partnering with a fast-growing, market-leading provider of smart retail technology to identify a Vice President of AI Transformation. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for defining and executing enterprise-wide AI strategy that drives operational efficiency, enhances customer experiences, and unlocks measurable commercial impact.

🌟 What You’ll Do

Own the Enterprise AI Strategy

• Define and lead a company-wide AI roadmap aligned to business and revenue priorities
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across functions
• Establish frameworks to evaluate initiatives based on value, feasibility, and adoption

Drive Adoption & Organizational Change

• Champion AI adoption across business units and leadership teams
• Partner with enablement teams to upskill the organization on AI tools and workflows
• Remove barriers to adoption and embed best practices organization-wide

Lead Cross-Functional Transformation

• Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
• Serve as the bridge between business leaders and technical teams
• Ensure scalable, secure, and impactful AI solutions are delivered

Deliver Measurable Business Impact

• Oversee execution of AI initiatives and enterprise programs
• Track KPIs including adoption, performance improvements, and ROI
• Communicate outcomes clearly to executive leadership and board stakeholders

Establish Governance & Oversight

• Define standards, frameworks, and guardrails for AI across the organization
• Ensure alignment with data, security, and compliance requirements

✅ What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or transformation leadership
• Proven success driving enterprise-wide initiatives and organizational change
• Strong understanding of business operations and commercial strategy
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity

💡 Preferred Experience

• Background in AI, automation, or emerging technologies
• Experience leading AI or digital transformation initiatives at scale
• Familiarity with AI governance, data compliance, or risk frameworks

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $180,000 – $240,000
