Role Description

The Business Development Manager APAC will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic partnerships within the Asia-Pacific region. Key responsibilities include market research, creating business proposals, expanding the client portfolio, and maintaining strong client relationships. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients and contribute to business growth strategies. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from anywhere as needed.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, and Partnership Development
  • Strong Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Development skills
  • Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with the aviation or consulting industries is an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Experience / knowledge about Aviation Industry & Management Consulting Industry required
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills would be advantageous
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 20-30% Travelling (APAC region) required.
