We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Partnership CoordinatorWe are here for you – we provide full onboarding and all the necessary training to get you started.You Will Be a Great Fit If
- You have your first experience in similar tasks, which will allow you to efficiently take over the current care of our partner network.
- You are fluent in English (min. B2) – you will use it in daily, direct cooperation with our Polish B2B team and foreign branches.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. These tools will be your daily support in reporting and monitoring current processes.
- You have high communication skills, meaning you can build relationships and clearly convey information, which is the foundation of our cooperation with B2B partners.
- You can plan your work and organize processes so that tasks are completed on time and with the highest quality.
- You are an accurate and meticulous person. In our industry, precision in tax documentation is key; we count on your "eye for detail" to catch potential errors.
- You focus on cooperation - efficient information flow between you and other departments is our guarantee of success.
- Ongoing handling of phone and email inquiries from our regular partners.
- Building relationships and taking care of the professional image of the company in B2B contacts.
- Managing documentation and supervising the correct course of processes.
- Support for the sales team in daily operational activities.
- Monitoring the status of tasks to ensure timely implementation of their cases for partners.
- Salary of 750 euro net with bonus system
- We work in fixed office hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30), which allows us to develop not only in the professional sphere.
- After the implementation period, we offer the possibility of working in a hybrid model
- Most of us had no previous contact with foreign tax settlements before starting work, so we do not require it from you. We will provide all the necessary knowledge during onboarding training.
- Our office is located in the heart of Sofia (Mladost) and Plovdiv (Plovdiv Center street).
