ERP Systems Coordinator

Location: El Segundo, CA (supports Vacaville warehouse)

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

BrownTrout Publishers is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Coordinator with 5+ years of ERP systems experience to support and optimize core business systems across sales, inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment operations. This role is heavily focused on ERP system management and support (Dynamics GP, SalesPad) and strong SQL-driven reporting, data analysis, and data integrity, ensuring system accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across retail and e-commerce operations.

Key Focus Areas

• ERP Systems: Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Dynamics GP, SalesPad, and related operational workflows
• SQL & Reporting: Develop and generate reports using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools to support inventory, sales, and operational decision-making
• System Integrations: Support and resolve integration issues across ERP, EDI (SPS Commerce), and retailer platforms
• Inventory & Operations: Improve inventory visibility, warehouse processes, and fulfillment workflows
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to enhance system performance and efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP or business systems experience in a distribution, warehouse, or retail environment
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills (reporting, data validation, and operational insights)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or SalesPad strongly preferred
• Proven troubleshooting mindset with the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities
