GENERAL MANAGER | CALIFORNIA | AEROSPACE & DEFENSE

Confidential opportunity with a multi-billion-dollar publicly listed US industrial technology manufacturer serving the Aerospace & Defense market.

We are seeking an experienced senior operational leader to take on full end-to-end general management responsibility across two operating divisions with combined P&L responsibility of approximately $100M.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full divisional P&L ownership including revenue forecasting, margin performance, cost control, and operational execution

• Leading multi-site manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, and commercial performance

• Driving strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence, and continuous improvement programs

• Developing high-performing leadership teams focused on accountability, innovation, and execution

• Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and product development to support market expansion and product growth

• Ensuring manufacturing efficiency, quality standards, and customer delivery performance across complex component manufacturing environments

• Supporting long-term business strategy and organizational development initiatives

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A mechanical engineering or related technical background

• Significant leadership experience within aerospace, defense, or highly engineered industrial manufacturing environments

• Proven success managing large-scale operations with full P&L accountability

• Strong operational, manufacturing, and commercial leadership capability

• Experience leading multi-site teams in high-performance manufacturing organizations
