Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven, who will lead pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth, profitability, and customer experience through structured analytics and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy & Revenue Management
    • Design and implement dynamic pricing, discounting, and packaging strategies
    • Drive revenue growth through data-backed pricing frameworks
    • Monitor pricing performance and optimize margin vs volume trade-offs
  • Data Analytics & BI Transformation
    • Build and manage dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for business insights
    • Leverage SQL, Excel, and analytics tools for decision-making
    • Develop forecasting models, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
  • Customer-Centric Initiatives
    • Lead customer experience improvement programs (NPS, conversion optimization)
    • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation for pricing and campaigns
    • Drive segmentation strategies for targeted marketing and pricing
  • Revenue Optimization Programs
    • Design and implement sales incentives and revenue enhancement programs
    • Collaborate with sales teams to improve productivity and outcomes
    • Track and optimize offline & online channel performance
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Tech, and Operations teams
    • Align business objectives with execution across departments
    • Present insights and strategy recommendations to leadership
Key Skills & Competencies

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Expertise in pricing strategy & revenue management
    • Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau
    • Experience in commercial modeling & forecasting
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Experience in leading teams and cross-functional projects
Tools & Technologies

    • SQL, Excel, Power BI / Tableau
    • Data Warehousing (Redshift / Oracle preferred)
    • A/B Testing & Analytics tools
Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
    • MBA / Business Analytics / Data Analytics (Preferred)
Preferred Experience

    • Experience in Retail / FMCG / E-commerce / Telecom sectors
    • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and pricing optimization
    • Experience in BI transformation and analytics setup
