Role Description

The Head of AI / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Innovation Executive is responsible for leading enterprise technology strategy, AI transformation initiatives, and innovation programs to drive digital growth, operational scalability, and competitive advantage. This executive leadership role focuses on AI strategy, technology governance, product innovation, engineering leadership, and digital transformation while aligning technology investments with long-term business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing enterprise technology strategies, AI roadmaps, and digital innovation initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Leading engineering, AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product development, and enterprise architecture teams across business functions
• Monitoring technology KPIs, system reliability metrics, AI performance indicators, operational efficiency outcomes, and innovation performance measures
• Collaborating with executive leadership, product, operations, finance, legal, HR, and regional stakeholders on enterprise transformation initiatives
• Managing AI-driven automation programs, cloud modernization, platform engineering, and enterprise digital transformation projects
• Conducting technology evaluations, architecture reviews, innovation assessments, and operational analysis to identify growth opportunities and modernization strategies
• Supporting generative AI initiatives, machine learning integration, intelligent automation, and data-driven product innovation programs
• Preparing executive technology reports, innovation analysis, and strategic recommendations for board and leadership review
• Driving process improvement, operational scalability, and enterprise technology optimization initiatives across organizational functions
• Managing cloud platforms, AI infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity governance, analytics technologies, and operational reporting frameworks
• Leading workforce capability development, engineering leadership programs, and cross-functional collaboration initiatives related to innovation adoption
• Staying updated on AI technologies, cloud-native architectures, cybersecurity trends, software engineering methodologies, and global digital transformation best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
• MBA, Master’s degree, or executive certifications in AI, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, innovation management, or enterprise leadership are highly advantageous
• 10–20 years of experience in technology leadership, AI transformation, software engineering, enterprise architecture, or innovation management roles
• Strong understanding of AI systems, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software development, cybersecurity governance, and digital transformation methodologies
• Experience leading enterprise-scale engineering organizations, AI modernization programs, and executive technology strategy initiatives
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps pipelines, AI frameworks, and enterprise analytics tools is advantageous
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and executive decision-making skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise technology priorities and large-scale innovation initiatives effectively
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity, telecommunications, logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, or multinational technology environments is an advantage
