Client Experience Manager

We are a growing financial planning firm looking for a highly organized, proactive operator to become the right hand to our advisory team.

This is not a typical administrative role.

We’re looking for someone who naturally stays one step ahead. Someone who sees what needs to be done, follows through without being asked, and takes pride in creating a seamless client experience.

If you’re the kind of person who keeps things organized, anticipates needs, and makes everything run smoothly behind the scenes, this role will feel like a natural fit.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare client meetings so advisors walk in fully ready and confident
• Manage follow-up and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Coordinate client communication and deliver a high-touch experience
• Maintain CRM accuracy and organization
• Bring structure and organization to a fast-moving environment
• Act as a force multiplier for the advisory team

• Meetings are fully prepared ahead of time (no last-minute scrambling)
• Clients feel taken care of and well-informed
• Advisors can focus on meeting with clients
• The business runs more smoothly because of you
• You reduce the need for others to step in or follow up

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative
• Strong follow-through, you don’t need reminders
• Clear and professional communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
• High standards and pride in your work

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Financial services / wealth management experience
• Executive assistant or operations background
• CRM experience (Redtail or similar)

Important

This is not a role where tasks are handed to you throughout the day.

You’ll be expected to stay organized, think ahead, and keep things moving without constant direction.

Compensation

$85,000 – $105,000 depending on experience and capability

Clear path to $100k+ as you grow into full ownership of the role
