We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Financial Services, preferably with prior experience at LPL Financial. The candidate should have expertise in gathering business requirements, analyzing workflows, and working closely with technology and business stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Requirements
- Strong Financial Services / Wealth Management background
- Mandatory experience with LPL Financial projects or platforms
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Forms, Digital Workflows, and E-signature platforms
- Expertise in requirement gathering, BRDs, user stories, and process mapping
- Experience working with business users, compliance teams, and development teams
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
