Controlling & Reporting Specialist CEE

We are looking for a Controlling & Reporting Specialist to join an international regional finance team supporting multiple CEE countries in a dynamic and stable business environment.

This is a regional financial controlling & reporting role with strong international exposure, working closely with local Finance Managers and CEE leadership across Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Turkey.

Main responsibilities:

• Monthly reporting and closing coordination across the CEE region

• Review, consolidation and analysis of local P&L and balance sheet reports

• Variance analysis, trend monitoring and identifying inconsistencies or reporting issues

• Coordination with local finance teams regarding explanations and reporting deadlines

• Supporting regional treasury and liquidity reporting processes

• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and management reports

• Participation in reporting improvements and automation initiatives

We are looking for a stable medior-level professional – not junior, but not a highly senior controller either. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, structured and confident enough to challenge data and coordinate effectively with international stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance / Economics

• 3+ years of experience in controlling, reporting or financial analysis

• Strong Excel skills

• Confident English communication in an international environment

• Critical mindset, precision and deadline-oriented working style
