As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Brief Summary of Duties

• Support daily operations including but not limited to retail customer service, picking, packing, and shipping.


• Assist various EPC departments with inventory management and organization


• Complete assigned projects promptly and accurately


• Maintain a clean, safe working environment


• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals


• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.


• Other duties as assigned by department

Experience and/or Education Requirements

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems


• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Effective communication skills

Experience and/or Education Preferred

• High school diploma or GED


• Previous customer service experience


• IT or relevant electronics experience

Additionally, EPC rewards eligible individuals who are currently serving, or who have served, in the U.S. Armed Forces with an additional Veteran bonus after 90 days of employment.
