Job Summary
As an Assistant Accounts Payable, you will support the day-to-day finance operations across eatx, ensuring accurate posting, reconciliation, and tracking of supplier and expense-related transactions. You will work closely with finance and HR teams to maintain clean records, manage schedules, and keep processes running smoothly across multiple venues.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- General purchase posting and supplier reconciliation, including preparation of SRS as per supplier SOA
- Posting and reconciliation of End of Service Benefits
- Posting of bank and cheque payments
- Managing visa expenses schedule, including posting, reconciliation, and coordination with HR
- Handling health insurance expenses schedule with posting, reconciliation, and HR coordination
- Posting and confirmation of petty cash for all venues
- Preparation, posting, and reconciliation of driver’s petty cash, including payment recording
- Managing marketing petty cash, including invoice verification and posting
- Posting and reconciliation of IT petty cash
- Fetching and recording purchase invoice data in ERP systems (Dynamics)
- Maintaining supplier records, including updating supplier diary for cheque issuance and monthly tracking
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally in F&B or hospitality
- ACCA qualified or CPA (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of IFRS, VAT, and audit requirements
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Dynamics, or similar
