Project Engineer

Segrex Construction LLC is a leading general contractor based in Dubai, delivering high-quality construction projects across the UAE — from luxury private villas to large-scale high-rise residential developments.

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Supervising daily site activities and ensuring smooth construction progress

✅ Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, planning, and procurement teams

✅ Reviewing IFC drawings and ensuring proper execution on site

✅ Monitoring productivity, manpower, and material utilization (subcontractors’ work quality, progress, and compliance with safety requirements)

✅ Preparing site reports, progress updates, and technical clarifications

✅ Ensuring compliance with method statements, QA/QC, and HSE standards

✅ Coordinating material requirements and site logistics to avoid delays.

✅ Following up on authority inspections, consultant comments, and technical submissions.

What we're looking for: 🔹 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 🔹 5–10 years of UAE experience in building construction 🔹 Strong background in high-rise residential projects (G+8 and above) 🔹 Solid knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works 🔹 Ability to read and coordinate IFC and shop drawings 🔹 Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills 🔹 UAE Driving License — preferred 🔹 Immediate joiners highly preferred
