Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our growing IT company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting various departments to maintain an efficient and productive workplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support HR and accounts departments with administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies inventory and vendor coordination
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Coordinate with external service providers and clients when required


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve administrative efficiency, communication, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
