Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Dubai. The Team Leader will oversee a team of professionals, ensuring that projects align with business objectives, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing daily activities. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance, providing guidance to team members, setting goals, and reporting on team progress to senior management. The Team Leader will play a key role in maintaining a collaborative work environment and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience not less than 2 years in Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to oversee projects and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and make effective choices.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and work effectively under pressure.
• Valid UAE Driving License
