Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint 2016 administration and support.
  • Practical expertise working with SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).
  • Proven experience leading or supporting SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint SE migration projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, service applications, and platform administration.
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server, including SharePoint databases, maintenance, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with IIS administration and Windows Server environments.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting expertise for SharePoint automation and administration tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint patching, cumulative updates, and system maintenance.
  • Experience managing Hybrid SharePoint environments integrating SharePoint SE with Microsoft 365.
  • Direct involvement in at least one SharePoint Subscription Edition migration or implementation project.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint upgrade paths and deprecated features.
  • Experience handling custom SharePoint solutions, including WSPs and farm solutions, during migrations.
  • Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools used for upgrades and migrations.
  • Knowledge of Azure services related to identity management and hybrid configurations.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and audit requirements within SharePoint environments.
  • SharePoint and Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, Microsoft 365, or other SharePoint-related certifications are preferred.
