About the Job:
Pacific International has been exclusively retained by an innovative and growing electronics manufacturing company seeking a Product Marketing Leader to drive their products into new markets.
A role created due to business growth, they are looking for this leader to come in and drive their product market strategy forward.
This role will sit on the organization’s leadership team and focus on building a strategic product marketing group that partners closely across the organization to drive continued growth. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact within a fast-moving manufacturing environment, working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the product marketing strategy and roadmap for a growing electronics manufacturing company. The Product Marketing Leader will play a central role in improving market presence and enabling the company to scale efficiently as demand grows. You’ll serve as a cross functional stakeholder, acting as a bridge between product development, engineering, sales, and the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a shift from products to platforms — systems, architectures, or solution‑level positioning, not just individual SKUs.
- Create, plan and ensure implementation of the go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning
- Own the product marketing vision and roadmap across assigned product lines and industries
- Translate product capabilities into clear customer value propositions
- Partner with Product Management to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions based on market insights
- Lead and develop a team of new marketing professionals
- Track industry trends, regulatory impacts, and evolving customer requirements
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging frameworks for technical industrial products
- Drive go-to-market success: increase market share and customer adoption rates
- Optimize product portfolio through regular reviews and stage-gate decisions
- Experience marketing into high‑consequence environments; where uptime, safety, and reliability are critical.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and size new market adjacencies where existing platforms can be extended (e.g., adjacent processes, industries, or applications).
- Capability to define platform growth vectors- identify which markets specific products can extend into.
- Experience simplifying complex product portfolios
- Comfort positioning software alongside hardware as core value drivers and growth levers.
- Executive‑level communication and influence skills, able to align leadership, sales, and engineering around platform expansion priorities.
- Strong technical fluency; able to engage deeply with engineering teams and translate system behavior into clear customer value.
Qualifications:
- Experience marketing complex, technically engineered products
- Strong cross‑functional leadership skills and executive presence with an ability to influence across different functional groups
- 10–15+ years of product marketing experience in industrial, semiconductor, or related industries
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
