Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, QA Automation Engineer!

In this role, you will ensure the quality and stability of software applications by designing and implementing robust automated testing solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional Scrum teams to validate systems with complex workflows and support the delivery of high‑quality, scalable solutions across global environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for web and enterprise applications.
• Build, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using Robot Framework and/or Playwright.
• Perform functional, regression, and workflow‑based testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar workflow‑driven systems.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and knowledge artifacts in Confluence.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in software application testing and test automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Robot Framework and/or Playwright.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Typescript/Javascript.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or systems with complex workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to plan and prioritize deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Ability to work with vague, evolving, or incomplete specifications and proactively clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience developing and implementing automated tests for workflow‑centric platforms.
• Familiarity with test automation best practices and continuous testing approaches.
• Experience working in distributed or global delivery teams.
