The main responsibilities of a AI + DATA ENGINEER include:

• Design and develop AI-driven modules for healthcare professional (HCP) targeting, clustering, and lead scoring.
• Build and deploy LLM-based recruiter agents utilizing LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Train and fine-tune machine learning models for content personalization, CME (Continuing Medical Education) recommendations, and second-opinion chatbots.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature stores to support robust and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to operationalize AI services in production environments.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

• 3–6 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI, LangChain, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
• Hands-on experience with ML Ops, model deployment, and data pipeline orchestration.
• Exposure to healthcare or market research datasets is preferred.
• Prior experience in a startup environment with a strong builder mindset is an advantage.
• Must possess hands-on coding ability; this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in lean, fast-paced teams.
