Your Role

As part of our Customer Service team, you will be an integral part of our Sales Department supporting Regional Sales Managers, as well as customers, before during, and after purchases. You will manage order entry for your designated region and provide sales reporting as needed to promote growth throughout the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Quotations: Assist with the preparation of quotes (including lead time information, terms of delivery and payment).
  • Sales: Assist with Sales orders – Order entry, check factory order dates against Sales Order confirmation and communicate with customers.
  • PO Processing: Accurate order entry.
  • Inventory: Coordinate with internal teams on product availability and shipping.
  • Product Returns: Assist with claims (RMA) process.
  • Documentation: Keep shared files on the file server and files in document management system (DocuWare) up to date.
  • Reporting: Help with preparing Sales reports.

Your Profile

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Background: Minimum of 3 years customer service or sales support experience.
  • Software: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) is essential. Experience with ERP software is a plus.
  • Mindset: A detail-oriented team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
