Field Systems Engineer (Ghana)

EcoSmart Power Solutions is seeking a Field Systems Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Ashford, Ghana. The role involves providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting to resolve system issues, and performing software installations for our Smart Modular Power System (SMPS). Additional responsibilities include collaborating on systems engineering tasks, managing networking configurations, and ensuring consistent system performance to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Experience with Software Installation and the implementation of updates and configurations on technology systems.
• Strong background in Systems Engineering with the ability to analyze, design, and implement integrated energy solutions.
• Knowledge of Networking principles, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently in field-based environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Previous experience with energy systems or renewable technologies is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
