Job Overview

The Schedule Engineer is responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and data analysis activities for engineering and construction projects. The role involves developing project schedules, analyzing project performance, identifying risks and interdependencies, supporting project execution planning, and implementing process improvement and automation solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling activities.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, project execution planning, and scheduling procedures.
• Experience in project integration, interdependency analysis, and trend analysis.
• Knowledge of project monitoring and controlling processes.
• Experience in developing and managing master project schedules.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Expertise in Primavera scheduling software.
• Knowledge of project risk analysis and performance evaluation.
• Experience in process automation or AI-based project support solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
